I only eat spaghetti with the sauce on the side, for breakfast I pour my milk into a cup put the milk away, pour part of the cup into my cereal and drink the rest, I cut up my waffles and then pour syrup on them, and little things like that. My roommates would always notice something and say stuff about it.
